On Saturday May 17, we wrapped up the Fourth H Race. It was held at the Stone Zoo at 1:00 P.M. As people entered the event we checked them in and gave them sunglasses that had the words "Fourth H Race" on them. Once everyone came, we explained what we were going to do during the Closing, and we left to explore the zoo. I made sure everyone had a buddy and I let them go. When everyone came back, we had snack and gave out the awards. First, we started with the raffle. There were many prizes, like gift cards including Agway, Learning Express and Erikson's Grain Mill, some baskets filled with fun activities, and a whiffle ball set. Then, we went onto the prizes for the teams with the most points. Massachusetts Maniacs came in first with 786.76 points, followed by the Fast and the Furriest with 451.9 points, and third was the Hanscom Heroes with 387.67 points. When we finished the prizes, the Racers were allowed back into the zoo, and we cleaned up. All in all, the Fourth H Race was successful. ~Special Thanks to: Susan Doubek, Grace Blaufuss, Olivia Blaufuss, Timmy Seale, Gabriella Needham, and James Needham.~

See you next year! Have a great summer!
